We seek to understand from MRI data what factors contribute to a higher likeliness of a person being diagnosed for any number of mental disorders, such as ADHD, Autism or PTSD based on cleaned resting state Rs-fMRI. In this work we will be using the dataset for PTSD. We aim to fit a model for automation of PTSD by using brain image data and also to extract the important brain regions which can be highly related to patients with PTSD.
