Project 1: Expanding the business of Coffee Mafia to include alcohol service (Authors: Adedolapo Ojoawo, Dorian Soergel, Yuting Ma, Cyril Dennis Enyi)
Coffee Mafia is a small coffee shop missing an opportunity to attract evening/late-night customers who are especially looking for social spaces at the end of a Workday. To scale up the business, we designed a hybrid café-bar environment that provides a balance of social and study spaces while also offering alcohol to cater to the student and faculty population
Project 2: Customers Abandon Carts at Chic Avenue (Author: Adedolapo Ojoawo)
Chic Avenue is an online fashion store that has been experiencing Cart Abandonment. To determine why customers have been abandoning their carts, I used a combination of “User Interviews” and “Focus Groups” to gather insights into customer behaviors and pain points
