Being a middle-sized city, it is not uncommon for residents in Tallahassee, FL, to see or hear the occurrence of crimes. Filled with students from various universities and colleges, the city's safety is important to ensure a safe environment for their jobs or studies. In this project, we attempt to reveal the nature of crimes in Tallahassee by two approaches: (1) traditional statistical analysis and (2) Using GAN to generate crime heatmaps for real and hypothetical geographical maps using the data from Tallahassee Police Statistics.
