Traditional methods leverage frequency based metrics to get signal about a company’s discourse online. In this project we are going to leverage alternative features to develop a dashboard that enables companies to monitor and analyze the sentiment surrounding their brand, products, and services across various online channels. Please be advised we will be having our group meetings/check ins on Monday/Thursdays from 3-3:30pm (PST), please only join if you are able to make meetings during this window!
