Project 1: We investigated the viability of extending operating hours & diversifying products to include alcohol for a coffee shop near a college campus. Using market research techniques, the executive summary included information on market size, demand, saturation, a SWOT analysis, & final recommendations.
Project 2: We diagnosed reasons why visitors to an online glasses website added items to their carts but failed to complete their purchases. After using user interviews, usability tests, & focus groups to identify pain points, we created detailed personas, provided insights on pain points, generated solutions, & designed research to evaluate these solutions.
Project 3: The final project, a Voice of the Customer Analysis, investigated the causes of declining subscription numbers at an online makeup company via a survey & tested one solution using an A/B test. We translated these findings into actionable, non-technical recommendations, communicated via PowerPoint.
