In this bootcamp, we work on three mini projects.
1. Product Diversification:
Campus Brews, a coffee shop near The Ohio State University, is considering expanding its current hours of 6 AM - 3 PM to 6 AM - Midnight and adding alcoholic beverage offerings.

Our objective was to analyze customer demand, competitive positioning, and financial viability of extending Campus Brews operating hours to ensure an informed, data-driven decision.

2. Website Conversion:
StepUp, an online shoe retailer, is seeing lots of traffic to their website but not many people actually buying anything. Our task was to figure out why people are putting items in their cart, but don’t go through with their purchase

3. Voice of the Customer Analysis:
Prism Beauty, a membership-based makeup company, has seen steady membership declines over the past three quarters. Leadership asked us to investigate whether internal factors, like customer satisfaction, or external factors, like inflation, are driving the churn
