Classifying Sports Fans

We propose creating a model predicting types of fandom using Fox Sports data. To do this, we propose conducting factor analysis to understand different kinds of fandom among various demographic groups (low income, high income, racial, gender). These analyses will be done for the entire US sample and by sport. Then, we will compare how our factor analysis fits compared to the groups that Fox Market Researchers have identified (Non-Value, Low Value, Mid Value, High Value variables).
