I am creating visualization for a paper reporting on the results of an agent-based simulation tool. I am considering creating a dashboard tool that will allow me to create visualizations for subsets of the ~100,000 simulations based on various criteria (eg method of vaccine distribution, etc) if others are interested in working on this with me. The data set includes social contact networks, transmission networks, and disease summary statistics for all runs, as well as persistence diagrams/bar codes for a subset of these runs. Otherwise, the project will likely consist of the paper figures alone.
