2. Luminis Cart Abandonment: Identified factors leading to high cart abandonment on Luminis’ e-commerce platform by using surveys, focus groups, and data analysis. Recommendations focused on simplifying the checkout process, improving product fit information, and optimizing shipping transparency.
3. Opaluxe Membership Retention: Analyzed reasons for membership churn at Opaluxe through surveys and A/B testing, concluding that internal dissatisfaction and market competition were the primary drivers. Key recommendations included enhancing perceived value, introducing a more compelling membership offer, and refining pricing strategies.
