Opaluxe Membership Retention: Analyzed reasons for membership churn at Opaluxe through surveys and A/B testing, concluding that internal dissatisfaction and market competition were the primary drivers. Key recommendations included enhancing perceived value, introducing a more compelling membership offer, and refining pricing strategies​.
