The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) is in charge of affordable public transportation in Chicago, including both trains and buses. The CTA and the City of Chicago keeps track of information about trains, buses, daily ridership, overall operation expenses, and general contracts. In the next year, the CTA will add additional buses to select routes; our initial motivation is to use a variety of data to predict how successful this will be in increasing ridership.
