Product Diversification: Market research to assess demand for extended hours and alcohol at a campus café. Surveys and focus groups revealed strong interest. Findings informed a pilot plan balancing ambiance and demand, with a projected $18K annual profit.
Website Conversion: Through surveys and in-depth interviews with recent shoppers and cart abandoners, we identified key friction points: poor product visuals, lack of customer reviews, and unclear return policies. Recommendations: improving product imagery, increasing trust through transparency and reviews, and offering flexible payment and shipping options.
Reducing Churn: Market research to investigate declining memberships at Floravi. Identified key drop-off reasons: preferred seasonal boxes over monthly ones, lack of customization, pricing concerns, and low awareness of pause/skip options. We proposed new tiered membership options and designed an A/B test to evaluate their impact on retention, satisfaction, and revenue.
