Project 1: WE conducted market research assessing the viability of expanding hours and offerings for Strauf's Cafe, a coffee shop on the Ohio State University campus. Using 300 surveys and an analysis of market saturation and demand, we identified expansion as adding value to the business.

Project 2: We assessed website conversion for Paws Out, an online pet retailer to understand why cart abandonment rates were 6% higher than average. We identified key sticking points where trust breaks down between consumers and the retailer, and made recommendations for improvement to improve purchase rates.

Project 3: We explored declining memberships for a subscription-based makeup company, and conducted an A/B test to evaluate how different membership tiers impact signup and retention rates.
