Our cohort content will be delivered in two (2) phases over a 14-week period - fully online!
✔️ All orientation sessions, workshops, and lectures are recorded for flexibility.
Participants focus on:
- successfully completing their selected Boot Camp (meeting 2x/week) curriculum,
- learning best practices for going on the job market, and
- getting their application materials in order.
Participants who successfully complete their Boot Camp projects/coursework for certification:
- will be broken up into groups for weekly Technical and Behavioral interview preparation and
- will meet 1-on-1 with their career advisors for connections to our hiring partners and Erdős alumni at their target companies.

To participate in LAUNCH or ADVANCE level programs, the following fees apply for Cohort Enrollment:

Some departments and faculty choose to sponsor a subset of their graduate students and/or postdocs. If you are affiliated with one of these departments, the enrollment form will provide instructions on who to contact for support.

If you are from a different institution or department, we recommend reaching out to your Advisor, Department Chair, or Director of Graduate Studies to inquire about potential sponsorship for your enrollment fee. Several faculty, departments, and graduate schools support their Erdős participants through grants, conference/professional development funding, or faculty startup funds.

Alternatively, you may also seek support from your university’s Graduate Student Career Services, Graduate School, or Postdoctoral Affairs Office.
Note: The Erdős Institute can provide faculty and departments letters of support for grant proposals.
