Behavioral Interview Prep (BIP)
-To help you build your job preparedness skills we’ve developed this checklist of necessary first steps to put together a great resume, LinkedIn profile, and help you reflect on the interviewing experiences.
-Communication is the key! Having the ability to highlight your skills effectively, deliver yourself confidently and maintaining self-awareness are the foundations of becoming an attractive candidate to land your next position!

- Create and fill out your erdosinstitute.org Member Profile
- Resume: [Resume Template, Resume Guidelines, and Resume Samples]
- LinkedIn Profile: [LinkedIn Profile Guidelines; LinkedIn Job Board]
- Upload 1st Rough Draft of 1-Page Resume
- Schedule Meeting with Advisor to conduct Resume Review (See above Calendly's for each Career Advisor)
- Advisor Finalizes Resume & creates a custom Job Application Strategy for you
- Conduct Informational Interviews & Networking Events [Attend the BIP Sessions to gain experience.]
- Check the Erdos Job Board at least twice a week!
- Update your Progress Timeline with upcoming Interviews, Job-Offers or when you get Hired!
