For the diversification project, I first took a look at similar establishments near my campus. I then came up with a research plan, supplementing my synthetic data with market research from sources like Gallup.

For the website conversion project, I decided to conduct 1-on-1 interviews. I built personas with the aim of capturing three distinct user motivations and purchasing road-blocks.

For the Voice of the Consumer assignment, I employed a mix of quantitative (e.g., likert scales, ordinal ranking) and open-ended items to isolate pain points and determine how best to incentivize retention. I then proposed a sequential between-subjects strategy for conducting A/B tests, with the aim of developing robust solutions.
