Wealthy nations claim that they are spending billions to combat climate change, but a recent report by Reuters (https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/climate-change-finance/) found anomalies in the data: many projects that have nothing to do with fighting climate change were still funded under the umbrella of climate finances.The goal of this project is to use machine learning techniques to analyze the dataset provided by the Reuters-Stanford Climate Finance Project (https://purl.stanford.edu/dx902xg3463), to gain more insight into global climate finances.
