Creators tailor their content to appeal to an audience within their niche. For example, beauty content creators may hop on current beauty trends, including hashtags relevant to those trends, such as #lattemakeup. Gaming creators may choose to feature newly launched video games or gaming systems.

The goal of this project is to look at content creator analytics within a hand-selected niche. We chose beauty. Our platform of choice is youtube shorts. If possible, it would be nice to identify features that produce good engagement which are niche-specific. For example, what is the best time of day to post for someone in the beauty niche? What are the best niche-specific keywords to use that maximize engagement? Are there features that maximize some kinds of post performance rather than others - for example, that create more views but not as much engagement (likes+comments)?
