Project 1: Product Diversification – Campus Coffee Shop Alcohol Expansion
Researched feasibility of adding evening alcohol service at a campus café near Columbia. Using 500+ surveys, a competitor audit, and foot traffic analysis, we projected 72% revenue growth and a 6.2-month break-even.

Project 2: Website Conversion – Lillie Belle Cart Abandonment Study
Addressed a 68% cart abandonment rate for a fashion e-retailer via user interviews and personas. Identified friction points (e.g., shipping transparency, mobile usability) and recommended checkout flow improvements.

Project 3: Voice of the Customer – PLÉNA Membership Churn
Explored churn through surveys and A/B testing (user-chosen vs. expert-curated perks). Found decision fatigue and lack of identity-based personalization as key issues; surprise curation boosted engagement.
