PROJECT PRESENTATION DAY
Thursday December 7th
Team Project Submissions Due: 11:59pm ET Friday April 26th
Judge Project Review (~10 assigned projects each): at judge's leisure by Tuesday April 30th 12:00pm ET
Commencement & Top 5 Project Presentations (on Zoom): 12:00 - 1:30pm ET Wednesday May 1st
PROJECT PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
Final team projects are being submitted via the Project Uploader by 11:59 PM ET Friday April 26th. They will then be immediately available for review via the Judge Scorecards link above. Round 1 Judges will review their assigned projects at their leisure by April 30th 12pm ET. Round 1 scores will be tallied up and the Top 5 teams will be announced and will have their pre-recorded video presentations played (with Q&A after each presentation) during the May 1st Commencement & Project Showcase from 12:00pm - 1:30pm. Judges will deliberate once more & choose a final winner!
On Wednesday May 1st 12 noon ET, participants & guests will meet on Zoom for the Commencement & Project Showcase (zoom links will be sent via email)
JUDGING RUBRIC
Team projects will be judged on a scale of 1-5 in the following 4 categories:

Technique (from data gathering/cleaning to difficulty/appropriateness of methods)

Creativity

Presentation

Overall Results
