PRESENTATION DAY INSTRUCTIONS
Final team projects are being submitted by 11:59 PM ET Friday May 28th. By Saturday morning, they will be available for review in the Project Database. Judges may review their assigned projects in advance of Sunday if they wish, but will have an opportunity to meet with their assigned teams on Sunday between 12:00 - 1:30pm ET in order to ask questions. Round 1 scores will then be tallied up and the Top 5 teams will present to everyone on Zoom from 2:00pm - 3:30pm ET.
On Sunday 12 noon ET, guests will meet on Zoom for a brief introduction (link will be sent by email).
After the introduction, we will move to our digital campus where teams will be at their stations ready to answer questions (see images below). You will be able to engage with your assigned teams as follows:
(1) Each station will be identified by a number matching the TEAM # in the Project Database (e.g. TEAM 1 in this photo)
(2) Once you sit at one of the red stools at the station, you will have entered a private conversation space and will be able to engage with those team members to ask questions.
(3) Pressing the "x" key on your keyboard will then open up that team's project page embedded in your current browser window. This is what it will look like ...
(4) Judges, you will then record your score for that team via the judging forms that have been provided to you.
Team projects will be judged on a scale of 1-5 in the following 5 categories:
Technique (from data gathering/cleaning to difficulty/appropriateness of methods)
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE TEAMS!
THANKS TO ALL OF OUR MEMBERS AND SPONSORS!
